Susan Mayer Susan Mayer is President and CEO of Litigation Abstract. From 1989 until her purchase of the company in 2005, she was Vice President for Operations. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, including million plus-page cases, and serves as a consultant in database and document control system design. Mayer is also a trial consultant, primarily working with attorneys in electronic trial presentation and evidence presentation, mock juries, and other trial-related issues. Susan is a frequent speaker at CLE's, bar meetings and panels.

Vic Mortimer Vic Mortimer brings experience as a litigation support professional and electronic trial consultant. He is a trainer in trial presentation and database software.

Richard Poitras Richard Poitras is Litigation Abstract's Vice President for Information Systems. He has over 30 years experience in software and hardware applications; the last 20 years have been in litigation support. He worked with the Federal Court Administrator and his staff in designing and implementing the electronic courtrooms for Montana's federal courts.
